Ismael Salvador Igual

Brief

Ismael is a Computer Science Engineer by the Politechnic University of Valencia (UPV). He also received the Advanced Studies Diploma in the field of Pattern Matching. He has published more than 15 articles in the field of machine learning. His expertise is focused in the areas of pattern recognition and artificial vision. He has worked for the System Informatics and Computing Department (DISCA) in the UPV as a Research Engineer. He has also worked as a Sytems/Network Analist in the UPV. From 2003 he works at Instituto Tecnológico de Informática (ITI) in the Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence group (PRAIA) where he has become an specialist in computer vision systems for biometrics, medical imaging and 3D inspection. Ismael has led and participated in R&D projects for public institutions as well as for private companies.
